1)Clinic staff do not have access to Meditech to order exam in computer-so orders are faxed to DI
2) large volume of clinic patients require exams and need to be 'worked in'
3) DI not always receiving the fax |

exploring several options, including using a portable xray machine at clinic, add digital xray to clinic, and others |
