courier volumes have increased (in addition to unplanned delays at each clinic), resulting in delays in getting specimens to lab in a timely manner |

collect specimens from clinics, return to SH lab, get lab results back to clinics same day |
| Implementation : |
1) set up direct ship accts for clinics
2) create way to identify results when faxed or shipped electronically--waiting for IS to create electronic lab link--7-22-07 per Gerald
3) develop/implement courier policy of no waiting around at clinics or special runs
4) fill MM in Woodburn to facilitate process |
